It is likely that your car, truck, or van is equipped with an ABS system.  Your vehicle is designed to perform a light test when the key is turned on in the ignition.  If the ABS light stays on or comes on during driving, you will want to schedule your vehicle immediately to be seen by our staff.

If you have a low coolant warning light that is on, please plan to contact our service department to have your coolant system checked.

Oil Pressure

The oil pressure light will illuminate when a loss of oil pressure is detected in the engine's oiling system or the oil level is low.  The engine oil is used to lubricate, clean, and cool critical parts of the engine.  If your oil pressure warning light stays on after start up or come on during driving, turn off your vehicle and contact our service department right away to schedule an appointment to have your oil pressure system checked.

Tire Pressure

A tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is an electronic system to monitor the air pressure inside a tire.  There are two types of monitoring systems, direct or indirect.  If your vehicle is equipped with a TPMS and your tire pressure warning light comes on, you have a tire with low pressure (including the spare) or the sensor has failed.  Promptly inspect your tire condition and contact our service department to schedule an appointment to have your TPMS inspected.
